You have ninety minutes to work out what is actually going on in your body - so you can stop worrying about every meal, get out of the cycle of cutting and hoping, and go back to eating like a normal person.
Before we meet, you'll complete the Digestive Pattern Assessment. During the session, I'll show you how to read the timing, location, sensation and context of your symptoms. You'll use that information to build your own Digestive Pattern Map as we go.
The aim is practical: you leave knowing what to do now, what to watch, what may need investigating and what is not a priority yet.
You've probably done more than most people realise.
You've taken the probiotics. You've ordered the supplements. You've tried the elimination diets. You might even have seen a gastroenterologist. Maybe had a scope, or a breath test.
Nothing was found. And you still don't feel well.
And your list of safe foods has become shorter and shorter, while your symptoms stayed exactly where they were.
You're exhausted by it. Of course you are.
“If you believe that food is your enemy, and your job is to remove one food after another, that is utter nonsense.”
Each cut helps for a few weeks.
Then the problem returns,
and
eating becomes more complicated
again.
If your answer has been to cut more foods, buy
another
supplement or try another gut protocol, you
may be working
on the wrong problem.
It is the most repeated advice in gut health, and it's the reason so many people end up with a shorter list of foods and exactly the same symptoms.
You have not failed at this. You were handed the wrong instruction and you followed it beautifully.
So let me tell you the good news instead.
But first, we have to look at things differently. Bloating isn't a diagnosis. It's a symptom. There are a handful of reasons it happens. From the outside they feel almost the same. Yet, each one needs a completely different response.
That is why nothing has worked so far. Not because you didn't try hard enough, but because the information never gave you a way to decide what mattered first.
But once you know which one is yours, everything changes.
All that information you've collected over the years suddenly sorts itself. You'll know what was meant for somebody else, what you can stop worrying about, and exactly what to do first.
Before we meet, I'll send you my Digestive Pattern Assessment. It takes about ten minutes. That means we can start working on what's happening in your body as soon as we meet. You are not coming to listen passively. You are coming to work out which direction makes the most sense for your body.
Let's be honest: you have listened to enough summit lectures and podcasts. In these ninety minutes, we get started with the work. Then we work through three clinical areas, in this order. The order is not decorative. Get it wrong and nothing you do afterwards holds.
There is a nerve running from your brain to your gut that decides how well digestion runs. If this goes off balance, food sits too long or moves too fast, and everything after that goes wrong — no matter how well you eat.
Nobody sells you anything for this, which is exactly why it gets skipped.
You'll leave knowing whether this is your problem, why the same meal behaves differently on holiday than on a Tuesday, and the two things I ask every client to do before they eat. They take under a minute and most people feel the difference inside a week.
You are carrying a population in there, and when the balance shifts, food you have eaten your whole life starts behaving like a problem.
Cutting foods starves that population for a few weeks. That's your three good weeks. It never changes who is living there, which is why it always comes back and why the list keeps getting shorter.
You'll leave knowing whether yours needs rebuilding or clearing — they look identical from the outside and the approaches are close to opposite. Plus why simply taking a probiotic can be pointless.
This is the part that explains the thing that frightens people most. Reacting to more and more foods, year after year, with no obvious reason.
Your gut lining is meant to be selective about what crosses into you. When it stops being selective, your immune system starts responding to food it handled perfectly well two years ago. That isn't twelve new intolerances. It's one problem, showing up twelve times.
You'll leave knowing how to repair it so that foods can come back. I'll show you what repair actually involves, roughly how long it takes, and the one mistake that keeps people cutting for years without ever fixing the reason they had to.
Same word - bloating. Completely different investigations.
Ninety minutes is not long. So let me tell you what I've left out, and why.
I have spent years helping people understand why digestive symptoms persist even after they have changed their diets, taken supplements and completed investigations. My work is about connecting those pieces in the right order — so you know what deserves your attention first.
